Meet the CEO
Chelsea, a native of Elkins, West Virginia, graduated from the US Naval Academy in 2008 before beginning her distinguished naval career. She served two tours, first on the USS PHILIPPINE SEA and then on the USS ROOSEVELT. In 2013, she was transferred to THIRD FLEET in San Diego. After leaving the Navy, Chelsea pursued her passion for design, graduating from the Design Institute of San Diego in 2018.
Now based in Colorado Springs with her husband and three children, Chelsea founded her business with the goal of helping small design businesses thrive. Leveraging her strong technical background, she supports designers and professionals by providing essential construction documents and high-quality renderings. This allows her clients to focus on their own work, while Chelsea works behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results.

Reginald Badua served as a Supply Officer in the US Navy. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, he completed two deployments to South America and one to Africa. He also served as a congressional liaison for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington DC. After leaving the Navy, he became an associate at the technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton.
Reggie is qualified Level I in Business Financial Manager (BFM) in Defense Acquisition as well as Phase 1-certified in Joint Operations by the Naval War College.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master’s in Advanced Studies (MAS) in Systems Architecture from UC San Diego.
